Stephen Schaffer and his wife Ruth have been in the mission field for over 30 years, spending much of that time in Asia. Today, they are directing their efforts stateside and continue to encourage and inspire others in their walk with Christ. During their time in Asia, Stephen and Ruth Schaefer each taught two semesters a year at Bharat Bible College in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, South India. Stephen also preached four times each week at the college and in various ministries, including village churches, pastors’ conferences, and evangelistic ministries. Ruth taught elementary school chapel at the Christian school affiliated with the college.
